Medieval 2: Total War Hardcore mod

This minimod makes the game much harder, especially in the late game (trade-income is normally silly in late games taking away the need to play strategically to the end) This is for players who think VH/VH is too easy and want and additional challenge. This is NOT a mod for casual gamers. Credit goes to Lusted for his fine mod Lands to Conquer, from whence comes most of the unit balance and help with modding code.
